		<description>Hiya Liz - no worries - let me know if you have any questions. It&#039;s a cracking recipe. We have 1 bottle left to mature. Actually we only properly bottled the one -the rest we drank straight out of the DJs in a plastic 1L bottle... which didn&#039;t stay full for long! 

We don&#039;t usually drink wine but loved this one. I am planning to make as much as I can next year. (4x more?).

I might get around to measuring the alcohol level next year too!

Oh yes - more posts!! Well I have a few days off work - and I have a white table wine (from supermarket fruit juice) and an ale kit to brew. Maybe I will do a post or two on that... hmmm... or maybe a whippet post...</description>
